Due to the custom nature of our products we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, no modifications to your purchase will be granted once your purchase is made. Thank you for understanding.

If something's ever wrong with your order, please reach out to me first — I'd truly rather make it right than have you go through your bank. Most things can be sorted with one quick email.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your financial institution instead of contacting me, you remain responsible for the full cost of your original purchase, along with any fees or costs the shop incurs as a result. These Terms and your order details may be shared with your financial institution, payment processor, or investigating agency in connection with any dispute.
